I have a question about stipends

How do I get a debit card?

You can get a debit card by clicking on "request a card" at the top of your screen (see this video). You'll have the choice of the type of debit card you can receive: physical or virtual. If you choose the physical card, a plastic debit card will arrive in the mail 2-3 weeks after you request it, and it can be used in person and online. If you choose a virtual card, you'll  be able to access it immediately, but you'll only be able to use it online or through your phone. Remember, regardless of your choice, you can only use your debit card for your cell phone or internet bills. 

Why doesn't my card work? 

Your card doesn't work for one of three reasons:

1) It's not activated. You can learn how to activate your card by watching this video.

2) You don't have enough balance. You can check your balance by watching this video

3) The place you're trying to use the card is not a cell phone or internet provider.

How do I check my balance? 

You can check your balance by looking the top right of your screen, as seen in this video.

How do I receive additional stipend payments?

You can receive additional stipend payments by watching more videos and referring more people. Every time you complete 1 video action and one family member or friend signs up to be a community ambassador, a $10 stipend will be deposited into your balance.

I lost my card, what do I do?

I don't receive a code when I input my phone number
